  • Tyler Technologies System & Organization Control (SOC) Reports are independent third-party examination reports that demonstrate how Tyler achieves key compliance controls and objectives. The purpose of these reports is to help Tyler clients and their auditors understand the Tyler controls established to support operations and compliance. Tyler Technologies considers these reports to be confidential.

    To obtain a copy of the Tyler Technologies SOC reports, please complete the following:

  • Tyler SOC Compliance Report Request Process for Data & Insights Clients

    To obtain a copy of the Tyler Technologies SOC Reports, please complete the following steps:

    1. Download a copy of the Tyler Technologies Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for clients
    2. Have a person authorized by your organization to sign legal agreements on the organization’s behalf complete and sign the bottom-right section of the NDA. The “Recipient” line in the signature section is for the name of your organization as the agreement is between Tyler and that organization, not with an individual.
    3. Send the signed and completed NDA to NDAVerification@tylertech.com.
    4. Once the NDA has been verified and correctly completed and signed, an email with a link to download the SOC Reports will be sent by our Security Team to the email address of the person requesting the reports, unless an alternate recipient and their email address is provided.
    5. Click the Download link in the email which will bring you to the login page for Tyler's Secure File Transfer Utility.
      • If you created an account previously, log in using your existing credentials.
      • If you don’t already have credentials, you can simply enter your email address (which needs to be the same email address that the email with the link was sent to) and then follow the prompts for creating an account.
      • Once logged in, click the Download button which will prompt you to save the ZIP package containing the reports to a destination of your choosing.
      • Once the download is complete, unzip the package to open the PDF report files.
